AIRPUMPS

Pump characteristics and benefits

• Can dry run without damage to the pump
• No damage to molecular structure of fluid, as no impeller is used
• Submersible, mobile, flexible installation, ease of maintenance
• Can transfer highly viscous liquids
• Acid, alkali and other strong organic solvents can also be transferred
• Adjusting the inlet air pressure will control pump's head and flow rate

FLEXIBLE INSTALLATION
Three port manifold allows for versatile installations.

BALL VALVES
Ball valves undergo precision machining to ensure superb seal, optimising volume per stroke.

ENERGY EFFICIENT
Air valve's modular design allows for low air consumption, no dead spots and no need for lubrication.

WEAR RESISTANT
Diaphragm rods are made of SS321 which is very wear and chemical resistant.

STRUCTURAL STRENGTH
Diaphragm plates have a single-piece design. This provides high resistence to pressure and prevents leakage.

EXTENDED DIAPHRAGM LIFE
Moving distance of diaphragms is calculated into pump design to minimise the force exerted on diaphragms, thus extending diaphragm lifespan.

MINIMAL MAINTENANCE
The pump's external hardware is made of stainless steel, which prevents rust and corrosion.

AIR MOTOR
The pump's air motor can be supplied in either aluminium, stainless steel or plastic.

LONGEVITY OF FLUID CHAMBER
Liquid chambers are reinforced to provide additional strength and long term longevity.

TIGHT SEAL
The four bolt connection provides good sealing and excellent dry suction.
